Android 33 - issues in manifest and layout files in

api 33an api 33 build was released a couple of weeks ago off the main branch here at steam for WIN. ie, i would only use that build to export .aab.apk and then go back to the mainAs we now, After 31 August , All new app must be target API 33. But can I upgrade my app (publish new version of existing app) after 31 August
